[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels, 400 pixels, of resolution
72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Take the colour coding as shown in the image below in the
foreground.
[3] Take the colour coding as shown in the image below in the
Background.
[4] Set the setting which is as given below.
[5] Apply the settings of the gredient which is given below.
[6] Fill the gredient as in the image below.
[7] Goto Filter>Distort>Glass and apply these setting
which is given below.
[8] Your image will be like this.
[9] Goto Filter>Distort>Ripple and apply these settings
which are given below.
[10] Now write a text which you want to take I have taken this
one.
[11] Make a new layer and fill the black colour to it.
[12] Take the smudge tool and
stretch it as shown in the image
below.
[13] Press Cntrl+A and Cntrl+Shift+C make a new channel and
paste in to it.
[14] Make thw copy of the channel and give the Gussian blur
as shown in the image below.
[15] Click with the Cntrl key the selection will be appeared
copy it and paste it into a new layer.
[16] Your image will be like this which is given below.
[17] Apply the Blending options which is shown below.
[18] Apply the Blending options>Bevel & Emboss which
is shown below.
[19] Apply the Blending options>Drop shodow which is shown
below.
[20] Apply the Blending options>Inner shadow which is shown
below.
[21] Select Gradient layer and press the Cntrl+I for making
your image more beautiful as mine which you are seeing below.
