Pipe Tab.

Step one:

Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Tab.
In a new layer draw a #009CFF rectangle, this will be the core of your tab. ( width: 184px x height: 7px)
Add the following layer styles:

Inner Shadow

Gradient Overlay

Stroke

Step two:

Duplicate your rectangle from step one.
