We'll begin this tutorial, Coosing a decent image for the background. Make sure the foreground is white, then go ahead and choose the text tool.

I used "Romana BT" bold with a size of 90 pixels. Type "SWEET". |

Now that you have your text, you can now right click on the text layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Bevel and Emboss". |

Do not click "OK" yet. Still more to do. |

Now click on "Stroke". |

You may now click "OK." |

You should now have the below image if done correctly. |

Now that you have your text, you can now right click on the text layer and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Bevel and Emboss". This will give it a 3d look. |

Now click on "Contour". Settings are as followed: |

Now you can click on "Color Overlay". Adding color will simply give it a more clear feeling. |

You may now click "OK." |

|
With the "Ctrl" key held in on the keyboard click on the text layer. This will put a selection around the text itself. Create a new layer. Choose white as the foreground and select the "Pencil Tool" at about 3 pixels. On the new layer you can highlight some areas of the text as I have done below. |
