Easy Green Web Button

This is my first Photoshop tutorial on my blog. It's an easy web button for beginners. Lets start..
1. First start with a 200x200 pixel document.
2. Change background color to #292927.
3. Add a new layer and make a selection with your rectangle marquee tool.
4. Fill it with color #19c519.

5. Apply styles below on this layer.

6. Place your text and apply styles.

7. Finally add a new layer for glow move it below text layer
8. Ctrl-click button layer to select button select elliptical marquee tool and select intersect with selection create a selection like this one

9. In your new layer fill selection with white
10. Change blending mode on glow layer to overlay and opacity to 41
11. By changing color of your button you can get different results.
