Spilt Chrome:
(In order to complete this tutorial, you will need the “Drippy Water” photoshop brush. If you do not have it, simply google. Most Photoshop programs do have the brush installed. So first look to the top right of photoshop, for a tab that says “Brushes” Click that tab. When you click the tab, an arrow should appear on the tab. Click the arrow, and go down to “Load Brushes” than simply select the “Wet Media Brushes” from the list.)
1.Select the “Drippy Water” brush, and set its size to “67 Pixels” and brush around the canvas. Should look something like this now! Use whatever color you want. (note: I already had a background made)

2.Now “Ctrl+Click” your layer, so it selects the brush strokes. And go “Filter > Render > Clouds”

3.Now go to “Filter > Brush Strokes > Angled Strokes” with these settings:
Direction Balance: 72
Stroke Length: 30
Sharpness: 10

4.Now go “Filter > Sketch > Chrome” and use these settings:
Detail: 0
Smoothness: 10

5.Now its time to add some Layer styles to the chrome. Go to the layer styles “Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options” and use these settings:
For Drop Shadow:
Distance: 0
Spread: 0
Size: 10
For Stroke:
Size: 1
Color: Black
And There You have it! This is what the final result should look like.
