Learn to create an animated heart strip. It can also be used as image rank in forums.

Here is what we are going to create.

First create a file or your choice of size pref wide.
I chose 283 * 43 px transparent bg.

Then I prefer to lock the background without any colour. You
may wish to keep your bg transparent and put it on say yr website.
in order to reduce file size and set the table cell to bg of yr choice.

Create a new Layer and name it as “Style”

Choose an Image(heart chosen), choose a dull color(dull red).
Draw one first.

Choose add to shape layer and draw the rest images.
or else you will land up with many layers.

keep them of exactly same sizes. I used the bg squares as a help.

Add Bevel and Emboss in the Layer Styles to create a inward effect.
Manipulate as you like.

Create a new Layer and name it as “Animation”

Choose same shape and bright color(RGB=255,0,0 - Bright Red).
Draw one that overlaps the first one exactly

Add Bevel and Emboss in the Layer Styles to create a outward effect.
Manipulate as you like.

Now the excitement starts.
Now Jump to Image Ready

Now duplicate the current slide.
(Choose the animation palette from the Window menu)

Select the 2nd slide from the animation palette.
Choose the move tool and move the heart to the second place.

Repeat the previous 2 steps for entire no of hearts.

Goto File -> “Save Optimised as” Choose GIF and save the file.
